About Us

Welcome! I'm Jordan Goldmann, the founder of our virtual receptionist and business support service. I graduated from Le Moyne College in Syracuse, NY, with a B.A. in Psychology, and I've worn a lot of hats along the way. From working in restaurants and logistics to earning a certification in prevention education, I've always been passionate about understanding people and helping communities thrive.

In addition to my academic journey, I played Division I baseball at Le Moyne College and even signed with the Chicago Cubs minor league system in 2025. That experience shaped my work ethic and dedication, teaching me the value of discipline and commitment. Over time, I also discovered a real passion for technology and the incredible efficiency that AI can bring to everyday business tasks.

I'm driven by a desire to help other businesses get on board with these futuristic yet user-friendly tools so they can help Small businesses succeed and grow.
